We don't charge per-user SaaS fees. You pay for the build, and the system is yours. Here is how our pricing process works.
1. Free Discovery Call
We start with a 30-minute, no-obligation technical assessment. We listen to your bottlenecks, map out your current software stack, and identify immediate automation opportunities.
2. Scope & Proposal
Following our assessment, we provide a comprehensive proposal. This includes a clear roadmap of the automation strategy, a defined scope of work, and a fixed-price quote for the implementation.
3. The Flat-Rate Build
No hourly billing surprises. We charge a one-time flat fee based on the complexity of the workflow. You own the IP and the data.
Simple Syncs
Connecting 2-3 apps, moving data in a straight line (e.g., Lead Capture to CRM).
Standard Workflows
Multi-step logic, API calls, and data formatting (e.g., Automated Invoicing pipelines).
Complex AI Systems
Custom LLM integration, autonomous decision making, and custom databases.
4. Monthly Maintenance
Once built, the system runs on your accounts. If an API changes or you need adjustments, you can retain us for a low monthly maintenance fee to monitor logs and ensure 99.9% uptime. Otherwise, we hand over the keys and you manage it yourself.
